    Most of the cartilage in joints receives no direct blood flow. It receives nourishment from the joint fluid that moves around as we move. Walking causes the cartilage to move and compress, allowing oxygen and nutrients to enter the area hence make our joints strong.

    Yeah… the joints are kept active and it feels like as if our machinery is well oiled and runs smoothly.
