    Running is more efficient for weight loss but walking and jogging also helps in weight loss. Walking is less vigorous and you have to walk more to attain the expected weight loss.

    Running and jogging make you lose weight and make you trim and fit. It needs more stamina as well.

    Walking and Jogging should be daily practice because it is comparatively less strenuous running on the other hand can be done on alternate days or up to 4 times a week.
