    I love walking at a nearby parks, you can meet lovely individuals who also go there for walking, a casual hi will definitely lift your socializing spirit especially if you are an introvert.

    I use NIKE Revolution 6 NN Running Shoes, it’s super comfortable and very much durable for both walking and running.

    On a rainy day I avoid going out for a walk, because unlike some people I absolutely hate the rain. So as an alternative I walk on my treadmill.

    It depends on how long have you been having shortness of breath. Because trekking is a totally different kind of walk, it takes some time to get used to give or take atleast 20 days.

    I wear light comfortable clothes that are non cotton because cotton absorbs sweat and leave me feeling damp since I sweat a lot.

    It’s not necessary for you to restrain from eating the treats, set a limit and of you can’t adhere to that limit try exercising more.

    It’s true a comfortable walk at a normal pace can reduce the stress levels of a person because it is sort of a meditation in motion and does so by improving our mood.

    To burn calories one must do exercises that are intense, if you want to burn more calories than you normally do while walking try walking on an inclined surface.

    Starting a routine is not a big problem because once you start walking it’ll come naturally. The will and self determination to start walking will help you start a routine and lose weight.

    The primary muscles used in walking include the quadriceps and hamstrings, although walking does not build big bulky muscles it does strengthen those muscles.

    It is not necessary that you have to walk everyday, you can skip maximum 2 days per week but ensure that these are not subsequent days.
