College Students and Money

As this post is being written the new school year is starting.

Many college students will be looking for part-time work to alleviate their guilt from depending solely on their parents.

New college students do have challenges.

A few of them include.

  • Social and general anxiety.
  • test anxiety.
  • panic attacks.
  • Loneliness.
  • Expectations from parents and family.
  • Depression.
  • Lack of energy or motivation.
  • And a general feeling of being overwhelmed.
  • Not to mention pervasive homesickness!

But, believe it or not, the internet does offer some viable options for these students to earn money free of scams and risks.

Do you know a college student looking to Make Money Online for Free?

Nora Sullivan’s New Free Book Reveals How to Do It.

As a college student, you need money.

(Even if you don’t drink beer).

Yes, waiting tables is an obvious route for many students across the country.

But what about the internet?

That was what Nora Sullivan, not to be confused with the actress with the same name, thought one day as she was contemplating earning some extra money.

Tired of “begging” her hard-working parents for money each month Nora decided to take matters into her own hands.

As an art major, Nora really didn’t have many business skills.

She could type, but that was just about it!

Over the next 3 months, Nora would try and test almost every “make money online” scheme she could get her hands on.

Yes, many of them were complete scams!

But she managed to carve out some decent income, up to one thousand dollars a month, using some of the side businesses she found.

The good ones she shared with her college roommate and some friends.

Then it occurred to her that a larger audience might benefit by avoiding her wasted time online and discovering the good programs that she found.

So she decided to write:

“100 Free Ways to Make Money Online!: New Methods for Quickly Making Money Online Today” by Nora Sullivan.

And, as an added bonus, she decided to let other struggling onliners read her book for free!

Then she thought that making it available, for free, on Amazon dot com might be a good idea.

Prime Reading, a part of Amazon Prime multi-benefit subscription, is addressed to subscribers who like to read.

Introduced in October 2016, Amazon Prime Reading gives unlimited access to a selection of hot Kindle ebooks, popular magazines, children’s books, comics, and short reads.

Update August 2021: We just discovered that Nora’s book is no longer free on Amazon. But we’re told it is still worth reading.
