Let’s face it.
Everyone, including me, could probably stand to lose a few pounds.
The pandemic, Netflix binging, and lounging around in sweat pants is a great way to lose track of weight gain!
Tom Copley’s story was candid and a bit unsettling. He talks about the rut that had become his life.
Something easy to do.
But he also shared the life-changing event that inspired his weight loss. I won’t give it away, but it would certainly wake up anyone.
His journal also talks about two individuals who also changed his life. (Again, I won’t spill the beans here).
The thing that is captivating about this part of his journal is that he never met either of these men in person!
They both are doctors with tons of information on the internet.
It got me thinking about how all of this information is freely available online. But, perhaps, few of us take advantage of it.
Why is that?
Tom allowed his life to dramatically change by applying simple principles he learned on the internet.
That’s the part that stayed with me.
I find myself thinking about it often.
With the new year approaching, I will certainly try out his method.
As I said, we all probably have a few pounds to shed.
