    You can simply take a moment while you’re walking and give thanks for whatever you have. Your life can change if you practice gratitude. The benefits of gratitude include enhanced physical and psychological health, deeper sleep, increased empathy, decreased anger, and greater mental fortitude.
    Wow, I’m so happy that I can go out for walks.
