    Doctors recommend diabetic patients to walk at least 30-45 minutes every day after meal time. This helps to keep the sugar levels under control. Heart patients who cannot do rigorous workouts are also recommended to go for daily walks.

    Walking strengthens bones and muscles and it improves muscle endurance as well. Even a 30-minute walk daily will have a great impact on our life.
