I have this morning walk routine which helps me build my stamina for the day. I am able to stand for long hours as well as move about sprightly at my workplace due to my conditioning. Before starting this walking routine, I used to feel fatigued by the end of the day and at nighttime, I used to get very painful leg cramps.
Very True! Walking makes our legs, knees, ankles, and feet stronger. Initially, it might take some time to get along with the routine. I used to stretches and that used to reduce my pain.
I started to build my cardio during the pandemic through a cycling machine that I purchased, it was very useful in increasing my stamina which is the sole reason I am taking such long walks nowadays.
