    Listening to podcasts while walking is a great idea. I would suggest listening to Happier, which helps find moments of happiness in everyday life. This podcast is great for self-improvement.

    That is cool. I always listened to some soft music while walking. This helps me to relax as well as concentrate on my breathing while walking.
