Pick all of your necessary things like I take my wallet, water bottle to keep me hydrated, treat bag, and a bag dispenser along with me during my walk. Essentials depend on person to person.
I carry my mobile, water bottle, headphones, a small towel and my wallet. For my leisure walks I do not carry any of these.
I take with me a bottle of Gatorade, my wallet, mobile along with my headphones. I tend to not carry heavy bags with lots of things.
