    Walking every day can be healthy? I like to go out for a walk every morning. But I can’t wake up very early in the morning. Well how can I walk every morning?

    If you have a walking partner, then it becomes easier to get going in the morning. Otherwise connect with people whom you regularly meet on your walking route and this will create a sense of purpose for you to walk in the morning.

    It is not necessary that you have to walk everyday, you can skip maximum 2 days per week but ensure that these are not subsequent days.
