Walking increases opportunities for face-to-face social contact and helps people to map their neighbourhood in social terms and integrating exercise into our social life has been shown to have a positive impact on more than just our physical health.
Actually, I have made a lot of friends after I had begun on my walking regime. We have a lot in common and are able to vibe well with each other. All of use pursue different professions but our aim to attain weight loss is common and we do discuss better ways to make our walking routine interesting.
