    I follow a five-day walking regimen with weekends as rest days. I walk for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. Morning walks are brisk walks and evening walks are more kind of leisurely stroll.

    Yeah, morning walks are brisk and energetic for me. Then I go for a slow walk after my dinner.
