    I personally make a banana smoothie before going on a walk. For additional energy, I add ice cream and nuts, so that there is less chances for exhaustion.

    I take a large glass of milk before my walk and it gives me the required calories. I do not eat anything solid before my walks as I feel uneasy due to it.

    I usually have an energy drink before I go for my walk….This helps with my stamina and prevents dehydration.

    I have always found consuming milk in the morning very difficult. Milk makes me nauseous.
