You can listen Audiobooks

This is a truly excellent method to take a stroll, kill time, and broaden your knowledge. Are you interested in the Universe’s beginnings? Do you need some fiction to keep you entertained?
You should be able to borrow audiobooks from your local library in CD or digital format. You’ll want to keep walking if the audiobook is engaging. I’ve often said, “I’ll walk for just one more chapter” when listening to an enjoyable audiobook, which has allowed me to continue my stroll.

I listen to audiobooks while traveling in the metro. I only listen to music when I walk and that too not often.

Doesn’t audio books distract us when walking, because when you listen to music it’s a whole other thing. You can vibe to the song when you walk but the same cannot be done with audio books.
