Reasons channels or accounts can be terminated:
- Violations of the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Posting abusive, hateful, and/or harassing videos or comments
- A single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behavior, spam, or pornography)
Hate speech, predatory behavior, graphic violence, malicious attacks, and content that promotes harmful or dangerous behavior isn't allowed on YouTube.
YouTube may suspend accounts, temporarily or permanently, from their social networking service. Suspensions of high-profile individuals from YouTube are unusual and when they occur, often attract attention in the media.
If you violate the YouTube guidelines, you will be issued a strike, causing your account to be suspended for one week, and you will have 90 days to keep a clean record to avoid further suspension. During the suspension, you will not be allowed to: Upload videos or stories. Stream lives.
Suspended or disabled YouTube accounts usually cannot be recovered, unless Google have given you an opportunity to do so. Community Guidelines terminations (also read this) explains why accounts are terminated or suspended.
