I am definitely burning calories and losing weight after I started walking. I have stopped gaining weight like I used to. I am not sure if I am losing fat. How can I make sure that I can burn fat with my walking? What are the changes that I have to make?

Walk on varied terrain. If you’re walking on rocky or varied terrain, your feet have to move at different angles, which engages muscles. Be sure to take intervals if you are unable to walk continuously.
