    I really enjoy while walking bare-footed on the grass in morning. It is really refreshing and stress free thing to do. According to some researches walking bare-footed on the grass decreases stress level by 62%.

    @Asad …..I agree with you. Walking barefoot on grass is stress relieving. We can feel that connection with nature.

    This is something new for me, especially the stress reliving part and that increases your eyesight something we all need in these days of using phones and working remotely.
