Walk around Trees

    I also like to walk around trees because taking in their beauty can help you feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally. Numerous studies demonstrate that being in a forest while exercising and simply sitting and gazing at trees lower blood pressure and the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline.

    It’s also a spiritual experience. I always get goosebumps sometimes when ever I dive into the beauty of mother nature.
