It’s good to have goals and especially one that you love completing like your daily steps I love doing almost 19,000 steps in a day. Well I guess it’s a benefit form my job and habit of loving to walk. But I love walking a lot because I love enjoying the journey not the destination that much something my mom said to me when I was young.
I mostly do around 7000 steps a day. This does not include the steps during my morning and evening walk. Even if I miss my walking schedule, my job keeps me busy and active during the day.
