If I walk more my body fat decreases but my skin darkens. It makes me look ugly. I feel fatter and better if I walk regularly again. But the fat doesn’t decrease but it seems to me that the fat increases.
Brisk walking is better than running. Running helps to build stamina. Brisk walking will definitely burn your calories and give you the required fat loss over a period of time.
Running and walking are two different exercises. Since walking is less vigorous than running, you’ll have to walk longer or more often to get the same benefits. Running is more efficient, but has a higher risk of injuries.
