I make a lot of noise when I walk. I don’t know why the noise. But I want to make no noise when I walk. How can I walk without sound?
One of the reasons could be your walking posture, try and correct your posture, this will not only reduce the sounds but also reduce unwanted stress on your body, another reason could be your shoes. Try to wear good walking shoes.
Probably you can try walking with less sound but no sound is kind of difficult especially if you are going to walk on solid ground or roads.
