    Carbohydrates fuel our brain and muscles, so if you are in a good shape try to consume atleast 150 gms of carbs before you go for a walk. This is essential not only for maintaining your current body weight but also for producing energy.

    I drink a whole glass of carrot juice before I go on a walk because it give me a boost of energy and negates any feeling of tiredness.
