    Most of the common health problems that people face nowadays like hair loss, obesity, high blood pressure, insomnia etc have high stress as the underlying factor. Life has become so very complex and we are all subjected to so much violence and negativity online. It has become very important for everyone to reduce the stress in their life for a healthy living. Walking is one simple exercise that can see you through and bring down your stress level and thereby relieve you from your stress related ailments.

    It’s true a comfortable walk at a normal pace can reduce the stress levels of a person because it is sort of a meditation in motion and does so by improving our mood.

    Regular exercise such as walking will increase hormones such as endorphins and other natural brain chemicals which will reduce stress and anxiety.
