Walking for cardio

    Cardio exercises can strengthen one’s heart, muscles, and lungs. Walking is also a form of cardio, does anyone here walk for cardio?

    I started walking as part of a weight loss exercise but then I began to understand that walking is not only useful for weight loss but also has other benefits such as cardio, I am also a person who goes on a walk to improve cardio.
