When you think of it like this way you understand that we really need nature close to us. Yet most of us are focused in the city life that distracts us and takes our mind in to things like stress Anxiety and all sorts of horrible mental issues. We definitely need to enjoy the blessing of nature being with us till we have it.

It’s also a spiritual experience. I always get goosebumps sometimes when ever I dive into the beauty of mother nature.

And even more than a stress reliever I would say being close to mother nature actually feels more purposeful and greatful. I just love the sense of fulfilment it drives.

I agree a dusk time stroll is even better. Especially for me our park has a really amazing site to see the sun set and it’s phenomenal. The chance to see the sun set is what motivates me to go on a stroll every evening

I’ve heard about this place from my rome mate from college he was from SWAT and he did mention this place as well as his home city. It’s an amazing place for a walk and hike by what I’ve heard.

This sounds like a really interesting place. Which city/region is this in? I love the fact that it is sparkling blue lakes and snow capped hills. It gives me butterflies thinking about it.

This is something new for me, especially the stress reliving part and that increases your eyesight something we all need in these days of using phones and working remotely.

I would agree with Joan on this one. Sand is a really great exfoliant. It does relax me a lot as well. Also it actually treated my callus as well.

I would say 3 inches for a 35 year old is a lot. Not possible in my opinion. I mean even after getting your back fixed the max you can get a height increase is an inch or two.

Can argue on how fast you need to go, but run as fast as you can maybe even a 100mph if you can
