Sales Funnels – Here’s The Truth You Should Know…Despite all of the glitz and hype about elaborate sales funnels…
Here’s what you should know.
What is a Sales Funnel?
The sales funnel (also known as a revenue funnel or sales process) refers to the buying process that companies lead customers through when purchasing products. The definition also refers to the process through which a company finds, qualifies, and sells its products to buyers.
But Here’s the Truth!
New online entrepreneurs have been lured into paying for very expensive sales funnels. By that, I mean the mechanics of a webpage interface that sends prospects through the sales process.
If the product or service they have does not convert they are paying this money in vain!
A fancy funnel will not convert a poor or inadequate product offering (yes, even when including dozens of useless bonuses).
Marketing Funnel VS Sales Funnel
The marketing funnel advertises a product or service to give leads a reason to buy. Whereas, the sales funnel deals with the leads (from the marketing funnel), enticing them to buy, not once, but as often as possible.
If your marketing funnel does its job correctly your sales funnel does not need to be elaborate.
