    I generally do not measure my walks through steps, rather I keep a goal through miles. 3 miles a day is a very healthy distance.

    It’s true, not only do we meet new people but we are exposed to a wide array of persons who are actually really nice.

    Walking at a comfortable pace is enough to improve blood circulation, it will increase the muscle contractions in limbs and and legs, this will prevent any form of diseases from affecting our body.

    Most beaches are cleaned daily so there are less chances of finding anything that may injure your feet. But watch out for sea shells, stepping on those will feel like you jumped in a pool of legos.

    One of the reasons could be your walking posture, try and correct your posture, this will not only reduce the sounds but also reduce unwanted stress on your body, another reason could be your shoes. Try to wear good walking shoes.

    It is not just walking, doing any exercise improves our emotional state. The same applies for people who go to the gym.

    Mykel it is because how each species are made, we humans for instance belong to the category land animals, the best we can do on water is swim, lizards and frogs on the other hand are amphibians so they are able to travel faster on water.

    That’s hilarious Billy, but on a serious note if Mykel is able to see his sister’s house on fire, then he’s probably close right so he can reach before anything happens.

    There are exercises that increase the height of people, even at the age of 35, I doubt that you can increase by 3 inches, at most an inch is possible.

    Joan not only walking on sand is beneficial, if you’re right at the water’s edge, as the waves break, the sea water will massages your ankles, making the exercise even more complete.

    I find walking on fields extremely difficult or at least as a daily exercise. Walking on a rainy days is nearly impossible.

    Really, I’ve never tried walking without my shoes. To be fair I did get calluses from wearing shoes all the time. Now I’ll try walking with my shoes off.

    A sporty athletic shoe that is light weigh and contains silicon padding is much comfortable to wear while taking long walks. It puts less strain on our feet, prevents any sprain and muscular damage.

    Since I do not live on a hilly region I find walking on the beach an effective way for fat loss.
