I did not know about that but there is a general belief that exercises that stretch the spine help in increasing one’s height to a little extent.

Except insects probably nothing else can actually walk on water. We can swim and lose weight, so why think about walking on water.

Sonia ChambersParticipantWalking on the beach is indeed relaxing but since I have to travel a couple of miles to reach the beach, I walk in the nearby park.
Sonia ChambersParticipantIf you have difficulty breathing or get short of breath with brisk walking, it is advisable to consult your pulmonologist or cardiologist as there may be some underlying health issue.
