    Yeah… the joints are kept active and it feels like as if our machinery is well oiled and runs smoothly.

    Actually, I have made a lot of friends after I had begun on my walking regime. We have a lot in common and are able to vibe well with each other. All of use pursue different professions but our aim to attain weight loss is common and we do discuss better ways to make our walking routine interesting.

    My breathing has improved with walking and I do not become short of breath as used to before I had started on my walking routine.

    It was a spur of a moment decision for me. One fine morning, I decided that I have to start walking to attain my weight loss. There has been no turning back since then.

    Walking on beach sand is the best. I go to the beach at least once in two weeks. Since sand is an exfoliant, it will remove dead cells and soften your soles. They are good for strength training. The increased resistance will strengthen the muscles between your feet and back.

    I sometimes plan what to cook for the day. Because everyone at my home is a foodie!!!

    Connecting to nature and enjoying the greenery environment is the first thing I do while walking. Because most of the cities are polluted and we don’t get to see a calm environment anywhere near. So I just enjoy being around nature whenever I get time.

    @ Asad Also, it is said that walking barefoot on grass is an effective way to improve eyesight naturally.

    Running and jogging make you lose weight and make you trim and fit. It needs more stamina as well.

    Yeah, morning walks are brisk and energetic for me. Then I go for a slow walk after my dinner.

    That’s great! I am fond of cycling, but I don’t go out for it. So am planning to buy a spin bike at home.

    Walking strengthens bones and muscles and it improves muscle endurance as well. Even a 30-minute walk daily will have a great impact on our life.

    Very True! Walking makes our legs, knees, ankles, and feet stronger. Initially, it might take some time to get along with the routine. I used to stretches and that used to reduce my pain.

    I eat bananas before my walk. I keep myself hydrated before and after my walk as well. And I start my day with a brisk walk wearing my Tee’s, tracks and sports shoe.
